Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 72 hours (3 business days) of purchase.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States): We ship domestically via USPS. Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.  Standard delivery times are typically 10-12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. 

International Shipping: We ship internationally via FedEx. Shipping cost are  calculated at checkout. Standard International delivery times are typically 10-21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 

PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery. 

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

European Union Shipping Orders shipped to EU countries are delivered via FedEx. Please allow 3 business days for order processing, followed by 10–21 business days for delivery depending on destination and customs processing. Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders of $75.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes — a valid street address is required.
